The night of May 21, 2021, I had another weird dream that I wanted to share with you all. I dreamt of a family that consisted of a dad, a sister, and a brother, the latter two who were teenagers or young adults. (I was the sister.) We were spending the night in this fancy hotel room. It was supposed to be one of those suites with multiple rooms, but by the end of the dream, it was more like a small house.
Late that evening before we went to bed, there was a big bug flying around. It scared me so much, I ran into my room and shoved a towel underneath the door, hoping that would prevent any nasty insectoid intruders. The next morning, my brother came into my room. Initially, I was quite annoyed that he had messed with my bug-proof barrier, but then he informed me that something far worse had taken up residence within our suite, some sort of bizarre monster. We needed to get out right away, so we left via a door in my room and got into the car with dad.
For some reason, our dad was writing down a seemingly random sequence of 1’s and 0’s. Somehow he managed to write them down in the exact right order, which negated the monster and wiped it from existence, as if it was some sort of evil computer virus or something. He started writing the sequence all over, but we stopped him before he could summon it again.
The very next night, I had yet another one of my Disneyland dreams where everything seems to go wrong. The dream wasn’t very long, but I remember running to my next destination and getting scolded from afar by an employee. Afterwards, Mother Duck had to go to the bathroom, but the line was so long, she was in there for a very long time. In the meantime, it was super hot outside, and I was contemplating getting some water or ice cream to cool off. That’s all I remember of the dream, and though the problems don’t really seem particularly big, the whole thing had a decidedly dismal feel, as they so often do.
As a bonus dream, a few weeks ago, I dreamt that our house had this giant bee. It stayed on the wall and was probably three feet long. It created a swarm of regular bees, and we were trying to figure out how to deal with it. It was, as you might expect, incredibly creepy, but at least it was in a room with a door, so we could seal it in and ensure that none of the bees could escape into the rest of the house.
